Arcade micro switches and wiring harnesses

Browse CGMAD Accessories for arcade machines, cabinets and commercial amusement equipment.

These are the parts inside a control panel rather than on it: the micro switch that turns a press into a signal, and the harness that connects a button assembly to the panel loom.

Micro switches are the consumable in any operated cabinet — they wear out long before button bodies do, which is why they are sold separately and why the terminal pattern stays constant across the range. CGMAD supplies two: a leverless type, where the button plunger acts on the switch directly for a short, definite trigger, and a long-terminal type whose legs give a spade connector room to seat and stay reachable with the switch in place.

The harnesses do a different job. A CGMAD illuminated button holds two independent circuits — a switch and a 12V lamp — and both leave through one connector. Wiring a panel by mating that connector instead of pushing five spade terminals onto a switch by hand is what makes a production run or a large refit practical: the plug seats one way round, wire colours stay consistent between buttons, and a failed button is swapped without re-terminating anything.
